The Public Institution Pelister National Park, in collaboration with Extreme Bike Team Bitola, carried out a major weekend initiative to construct and maintain new hiking and cycling routes. This effort expands the park’s outdoor offerings for hikers, cyclists, and nature enthusiasts.
Hiking Trail: Caparska Preseka – Loša Stena – Capari Village
The mountain trail leading from Caparska Preseka through Gorna Skala and Loša Stena down to the village of Capari has been fully arranged and marked.
- Loša Stena Viewpoint (1,220 m a.s.l.): Located southeast of Capari village, this site is one of the most accessible natural viewpoints in Pelister National Park, now easily reachable for visitors of all fitness levels.
16 km Circular Cycling and Walking Route
Work has also been undertaken on a comprehensive 16 km circular trail designed for both mountain biking and recreational walking.
- Route: Info Centre ➔ Caparska Preseka ➔ Caparski Vir ➔ Rotino Lake ➔ Golema and Mala Livada ➔ Info Centre.
