On December 22, 2025, Pelister National Park was the stage for one of the most massive regional events. The second edition of the “Taste of Pelister” event, realized under the emotional motto “I Have a House on Pelister,” reaffirmed its role as a leading event for the promotion of tradition and togetherness.
Regional Unification
What marked this edition was the incredible public interest. Over 2,500 visitors from Bitola, Prilep, Demir Hisar, Ohrid, Struga, Resen, all the way to Kavadarci and Negotino, visited the park, proving that Pelister is the favorite gathering place for the entire region.
Logistics and Organization
Handling such a large number of visitors and participants in a single day required an impeccable organizational structure:

Expanded Platform: This year, the number of exhibitors grew to over 30 participants. The offering was divided among local food producers, renowned hotels and caterers, as well as providers of alternative tourism content.

Institutional Support: The event was the result of a successful synergy between the Public Institution Pelister National Park and the Municipality of Bitola, which provided logistical and technical support for the safe and smooth execution of the event on this massive scale.
