The Pelister National Park Info Centre continues to serve as an attractive focal point for educational visits and youth programs, hosting both national schools and international exchange groups.
Hands-on Learning and Outdoor Adventures
Recent educational visits to the Info Centre highlighted youth engagement through varied interactive activities:
- Access Language School (Skopje): Students participated in guided natural history presentations covering the park’s unique flora and fauna, experienced the outdoor adrenaline park, and concluded their visit with a walk along the Historical Trail.
- Erasmus+ Delegation with “Gorgi Sugarev” Primary (Bitola): Local students alongside international peers from Serbia, Romania, and Türkiye visiting via the Erasmus+ program explored the mountain trails, attended a natural heritage presentation, and viewed the official Pelister documentary at the Info Centre.
Through these educational initiatives, Pelister National Park fosters environmental stewardship among younger generations while sharing the natural heritage of Mount Baba with international guests.
