A linear trail in the park connecting the two most significant hydrological points – Golemo Ezero and Malo Ezero – with the highest point of the mountain. It requires high physical fitness due to its length.

Detailed Trail Description

Starting Positions:

The tour can be started from the NP Pelister Info Center (1,360 m) toward Nizhe Pole, or vice versa.

Forest Belt and Alpine Pastures:

The first section of the trail passes through a native Molika pine forest. As elevation increases, the vegetation transitions into high alpine pastures with open terrain.

Pelister Peak (2,601 m):

The route leads across Pelister Peak itself, representing the highest point of this itinerary, after which the descent toward the glacial lakes begins.

Glacial Lakes (“Pelister Eyes”):

The trail directly connects Malo Ezero (Small Lake) and Golemo Ezero (2,218 m). From Golemo Ezero, the route descends toward the Nizhe Pole weekend settlement, where it concludes. It is common practice to split this trail into a two-day hike, with an overnight stay at the mountain hut near Golemo Ezero.
